Bag leakage: The leakage of self-supporting bag is mainly caused by the selection of composite materials and heat sealing strength.

1. Selection of materials: The selection of materials has a great impact on the quality of self-supporting bags. Suitable materials can ensure the heat sealing strength of the self-supporting bag and the peeling strength between the material layers, so as to ensure that the self-supporting bag is not easily damaged.

2. Heat sealing strength: low heat sealing strength is also the cause of leakage of self-supporting bag. The heat seal strength is low, and the heat seal may be separated under the action of external environment, resulting in leakage. Therefore, the heat sealing temperature and pressure shall be set according to the characteristics of the self standing bag material. After the heat sealing is completed, the leakage test shall also be carried out. A simple and practical method is to fill a certain amount of air into the bag, heat seal the bag mouth, put it into a basin containing water, and squeeze different parts of the bag with your hands. If no bubbles escape, it indicates that the bag is well sealed. In addition, the four layer sealing position at the bottom of the self-supporting bag is a key part.
